Policies

We truly appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with a memorable experience.  Due to the exclusive services offered, we  have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy our services. We understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause the need to miss an appointment.  In our commitment to provide an outstanding experience to our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies.

 

YOUR FIRST VISIT:  Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for parking, to complete new client paperwork, and to prepare for your appointment. Parking is FREE along the side and front of the building.  FREE street parking is also available.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:  Since your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we need to know if you are running late or unable to make your appointment.  If for any reason you will arrive more than 5-10 minutes past your appointment, please let us know by calling or texting.  You may be asked to wait OR reschedule so that we may honor our next client's appointment.  We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible, and your service(s) may need to be modified at my discretion.  Arriving past the point that I cannot perform your scheduled service(s) is considered a cancellation, and you will be charged a penalty to the card on file(@ 50% of the service total).

 

CANCELLATIONS:  We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  Please consider that last minute cancellations are a HUGE inconvenience to us and the clients we had to refuse.  Appointments missed by 5-10 minutes may also be considered cancellations.  These occurrences will be notated in your file, AND the card used to book your appointment will be charged @ 50% of the service total.  If these occurrences become problematic, you will be required to pre-pay for your services before any future appointments can be scheduled.

NO CALL-NO SHOWS:  Not showing up to a previously scheduled appointment, is extremely inconvenient.  All “No-Call/Text/Email-No Show” occurrences will result in being changed a penalty (@ 100% of the service total).

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID OR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY:  We understand that these unforeseen events occur that may cause the need to miss an appointment.  To avoid being charged a "No-Call-No Show" fee, we ask that you make an effort to contact the studio directly to cancel an scheduled appointment.  Each circumstance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO MENSTRUASTION:  Due to the nature and exclusivity of our services, same day cancellations due to menstruation will be will be charged a cancellation fee @ 50% of the scheduled total.  Instead of canceling your appointment, you have to option to receive your scheduled service while wearing a clean tampon OR changing the appointment to some other area of the body.

 

PAYMENTS:  We accept cash, cash adjacent apps, and credit cards.  All services must be paid in full upon the completion of your appointment.

 

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our service, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services for prepaid series, packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time.  Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with any service received so that we can attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities.

 

PRIVACY:  We will not give or sell your information to a third party.  Client data is stored in a secured electronic database for your protection.

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary.
